Wind energy is a new kind of renewable clean energy,with its low energy consumption,environmental friendly,large-scale development of the advantages of an ideal green energy.Compared to onshore wind,offshore waters,deep sea environment gets more and more attention and research with stable wind,strong wind insufficiency small and large reserves and other advantages.The sea wind have to used adopted floating type foundation.At present,floating wind turbine research base is still in the early stages.In this paper,a kind of tower structure of cross section was put forward,based on the aerodynamic drag reduction structure for the design concept of the common car styling,the front train,airplane wings and fuselage submarines.This paper dealt with the structural mechanics and the aerodynamic analysis,to study on the drag reduction effect and drift in the process of role.In a water tower as a wind turbine tower structure,an offshore wind turbine structure and the installation process designs were designed.This structure has low failure rate,high reliability,the overall yaw type,the characteristics of the corresponding installation process has the advantages of easy installation and low cost,simple.Specific works are as follows:(1)Analysis of the current wind power generation technology at home and abroad,especially offshore wind power generation technology.Among them,this paper analyzed the present situation and the existence of deep sea wind turbine.A kind of classes with the overall effect of yaw water tower structure was innovative designed.The water body section tower was analyzed in aerodynamics by ANSYS FLOTRAN CFD.Analysis showed that the tower structure has good drag reduction effect.This paper adopts the single variable method to quantitative analysis of the water body structure shape parameter,finally the structure of the drag reduction effect of the optimal shape was obtained.(2)Water tower structure mechanics analysis,USES the ANSYS finite element software,including:static analysis,stability analysis,modal analysis,harmonious response analysis and the contrast analysis with circular tower.The results showed that the water body structure was the overall mechanical properties of the tower structure.In the process of tower rotation,compared to water tower round tower,it has good drag reduction effect.(3)Discuss of water tower in the process of spinning yaw.In this paper,it was concluded that the water body section of the tower under the wind pressure was increased with the increase of rotation Angle by establishing the finite element mathematical model of water body structure.Therefore,this paper draw the conclusion of the water tower can better realize the whole structure of fan drift effect.(4)Overall yaw type of deep sea floating type wind turbine structure and design was put forward.This structure has low failure rate,high reliability,the overall yaw type,the characteristics of the corresponding installation process has the advantages of easy installation and low cost,simple.
