In nearly 30 years, with the rapid development of urbanization construction of foundation pit engineering as an important part of the construction project receives increasing attention from the government department and the engineering, exiguous especially in large cities, the depth of the foundation pit excavation is more and more deep, the condition of excavation is more and more complex, more strict requirements are put forward for deep foundation pit technology, and the theory of deep foundation pit research lagging behind the practical engineering experience, so the frequent accidents of deep excavation, excavation engineering has become one of the most concern problems in engineering.Yintai center of chengdu is a collection of business, entertainment, hotel and serviced office, office and residential functions in a body’s large-scale public buildings. Total project planning land area of 45000 square meters, the project site on the west side of the northern section of tianfu avenue, with headquarters in the city business district on the other side of the isolation; North is jinhui west street, and the first MAX on the other side of the road; The east is the tianshun road; Mingdu park is on the South. The foundation uses the raft foundation, there are four layers of basement, the deepest excavation depth of 25.8 m, more underground pipeline area distribution, In the north of the project, there is power supply line, it take on more than half of downtown chengdu power supply, And on the other side of the trench is ongoing basic engineering construction of Chengdu’s first MAX high-rise buildings, the actual situation of the project is more complex,in the design and construction of data processing of special needs.To this end, this Paper mainly through the study of the foundation pit engineering project, the key technology for deep foundation pit during excavation of deep foundation pit construction, deep foundation pit supporting scheme design, precipitation and the deformation during excavation and use are studied, through design and construction of related engineering data analysis, to the chengdu Yintai center internal force of retaining structure of deep foundation pit, soil pressure calculation, stability and deformation of retaining structure monitoring and related content analysis. Analyzed the project of deep foundation pit engineering design theory and engineering experience, for provide to design theory basis and the engineering experience for the future similar deep foundation pit engineering.
