| In recent years, common spectrometer can no longer meet the high demand of the precision of spectrum detection, under which circumstance single photon spectrometer which is of high precision came into being. Single photon spectrometer has adopted the technology of single photon detection which is in demand of single photon calculator and single photon avalanche diode as its core devices for detection. In this way, we can detect the spectrum of one single photon which is impossible to achieve by using a common spectrometer and then present it on the screen.This thesis is designed according to the constitutive structure of single photon spectrometer. What’s more, the purpose of the whole study is to design a logical control panel and the research contents are as follow:The first, the author has designed a complete hardware circuit. The system employs XC6SLX9 FPGA of the Xilinx Spartan6 series was chose as its main control chip. In conjunction with the employment of the USB chip CY7C68013 of high speed and integrated chip MAX3232, the author has finally drawn the schematic diagram and the corresponding PCB diagram and completed the welding process.The second, the software part is designed according to the hardware circuit, including hardware description for FPGA and firmware of the USB chip. The software design for FPGA adopts a method of module-level function, through which the whole systemic function can be realized after having connected the top module with each functional modules.The last, the author has finished the joint debugging of hardware and software parts, under the basis of which, a testing environment was set up helping to test and analyze the systemic function. |
