The technology of heating control is essential to the run of central heating system.Scientific and reasonable heating control is important for the heating system to ensure the heating quality,as well as energy conservation.As a kind of conditioning technology which is constant-variable flow has outstanding advantages to improve system disorder and reduce heating energy consumption.We did systematic and in-depth research on the constant-variable flow control technology of central heating system in this paper.The basic formula heating regulation was deduced according to the principle of thermal equilibrium.The relative flow range of flow control system was calculated in the premise that the hydraulic stability of heating system is constant.And on this basis,the variation of hydraulic disorders and thermal imbalance in the"big flow-small temperature difference" heating system was studied.The thermal characteristic of heat exchanger was studied by numerical simulation of VB computer language.The relationship between outlet temperature and inlet temperature and flow of the heat exchanger was analyzed.Through the analysis of flow optimization coefficient in secondary circuits,we obtained the values of flow optimization coefficient respectively in single-tube system and two-pipe system.The supply and return water temperature formulas of indirect connection heating system which was controlled by constant-variable flow were deduced.A district in Daqing was analyzed through the method of numerical simulation of VB computer language.The energy consumption of primary circuit was calculated when the primary circuit adopt constant-variable flow control and the secondary circuit adopt constant flow control.After comparative analysis,the flow optimization coefficient of primary circuit was calculated when the energy consumption was least.
