| In 2016,France Electric Power Group(China)Investment Co.,Ltd.and Datang Henan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.jointly invested in the establishment of Datang(Sanmenxia)City Heating Co.,Ltd.The heating company makes full use of the waste heat generated by the Datang(Sanmenxia)power plant.Through the newly built heating pipeline of about 67.8 kilometers and 167 heat exchanger stations,the waste heat of the power plant is circulated to the heat exchanger stations in the form of high temperature hot water,and finally provides heating services for about 16.88 million square meters of buildings.Long-distance pipelines and a large number of heat exchangers have brought a lot of problems such as management,control,maintenance,energy saving and so on.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a set of urban central heating control system,and adopt reasonable adjustment method to meet the balance between end-user heating experience and energy saving and consumption reduction.In view of the wide distribution of facilities and the high coupling degree of facilities regulation in the central heating project,a control system is designed.The system achieves the goal of remote centralized control by means of HMI+high performance controller+distributed controller,and makes a thorough study around the regulation method of staged quality regulation,which is well understood.The dual requirements of user heating experience and energy saving and consumption reduction have been determined,and good results have been achieved.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The design of a single heat exchange station control system based on distributed controller,includes the working principle,equipment composition,process parameters and requirements of the heat exchange station.(2)The communication network design between high performance controller and distributed controller is realized by VPN mode through the Internet.The whole control system of central heating source network based on high performance controller is designed.The working principle,equipment composition,process parameters and requirements of central heating source network are described.(3)Deeply study the regulation method of the whole heat source network of central heating,especially for the quality regulation method of changing the flow by stages.(4)Deeply study the method of flow stage division based on local actual climate conditions,and realize data interaction between MATLAB and human-machine interface software,in order to achieve the realization method of fuzzy PID control function which can change the flow quality step by step.This paper takes the Tangsanmenxia central heating project as the background,takes the heating source network and heat exchange station as the object,applies advanced controller technology,HMI monitoring technology and VPN remote networking technology,designs and develops the control system of the central heating project,which can achieve "no duty" of the heat exchange station and "local" of the heating system.Control,remote monitoring.After two heating seasons,the whole control system runs smoothly,meets the user’s heating experience,and achieves the advanced level of energy consumption in China. |
