Today when the architect ural ind ustr ializat io n is promoted vigorous ly, concrete compos ite struct ure is deve loping rapid ly, especia lly t he concrete composite floor used wide ly. PK prestressed compos ite s lab has ma ny advantages, suc h as convenie nt constr uct ion, high bearing cap ac ity, good crack resistance abilit y and integr it y, saving constr uct ion mater ials, shortening construct io n period and so on. Therefore, it w ill obtain broad prospect in applicatio n. The research of t he thes is is based on the existi ng results of PK prestressed composite slab.At present, bear- shape reinforceme nt is the ma in beam- plate joint str ucture. However, there are some d isadvantages of bear- shape reinforceme nt in storage and constr uct ion, whic h has a bad effect on construct io n effic ienc y and qua lity. A new beam- plate joint structure that disp laces connect ion steel in t he edge of precast floor wit hout bear- shape reinforceme nt can avo id above problems. A nd more stud ies are needed to ver ify its mechanica l property. The paper stud ies on unid irect iona l static tests of 4 beam-plate jo int co mponents w it h cross girders in the centra l sectio n. The major researches are exp loring the mecha nical d ifferences between the beam-plate joints of PK prestressed composite slab and ordinary beam- plate joints and evaluat ing comprehe ns ive ly t hat if connect ion stee l can be the most suitab le a lternat ive of bear- shape reinforce ment in the load- carrying capability based on the comparat ive analysis.By means of analyzing comparative ly the research results, the PK prestressed compos ite floor ’s beam- plate joint cannot match nor ma l jo int in integra l mechanica l perfor mances and ult imate bearing capab ility under the contrary load cases of nor ma l node. The failure mechanis ms o f the m are differe nt. The mechanica l perfor mance of beam- plate joint of t he PK prestressed composite s lab depends on t he connect ion between the slab and the central cross girder. In the loading process of the jo int, connectio n stee l and bear- shape reinforce ment pla y the sa me role and fa il in a ident ica l mecha nis m. Enough connect ion steels equipped can meet the require ments of beam- plate joints’ mecha nical perfor mance. Moreover, connect ion steel perfor ms better than bear- shape reinforce ment in duct ilit y and t he capabilit y o f energy diss ipation. B ut connectio n steel w ill have a bad effect on mecha nical per forma nces of comb ined interface. There fore, it is required to arrange a lternat ive ly connect ion stee l and bear- shape reinforceme nt in Technica l Specificat ion for C oncrete C omposite Slab wit h Precast R ibbed Pane l, which a ims at e liminat ing the disadvanta ges, mak ing the beam- slab joint of t he PK prestressed composite s lab safer and satis fying t he need of engineeri ng.
