With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of design theories and level, the structure system of cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor is booming throughout the country for its advantages such as light-weight, saving in material and energy, meeting the requirements of long-span architectures.However, the current box filler in use are of small rigidity, lack of recovery utilization rate, and hard to ensure the integrity and stability in construction. To solve the problems, a new hollow-ribbed concrete floor system is invented, and experimental study and analysis on the performance of this floor are done as follows:(1) Research status and development of cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor at home and abroad are introduced. This paper puts emphases on the invention of a new hollow-ribbed concrete floor system and its superiority comparing to the current cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor.(2) Performance of this new floor is studied by testing the precast plate under handing load and a contract text of two different floors under vertical static load. In these tests, stiffness difference, internal force redistribution in whole process and influence of precast plate on the flexural rigidity of ribbed beam and the torsional rigidity of edge beam are highly analyzed.(3) Deformation calculation of plate specimens in elastic stage are simulated by six finite element models, comparison and analysis are made to the test values and results of finite element analysis, and a simplified finite element analysis method is proposed.(4) Details measure for precast plate, bar diameter, the limit value of minimal length, mortar strength and construction technology are proposed. On the basis of the above details measure, the stiffness contribution of precast plate could be considered in design, and precautions in making the steel box filler and construction suggestions are presented.
