In recent years, the importance of research and application in post-installed fastening technology are growing, due to increasing renovation in building construction, building renovation and expansion, as well as the need for new construction. Post-installed fastening technology is a common connection method of equipment mounting and structural renovation and reinforcement. It makes adding new members with original members connect and transfers loads by anchors or rebar. In China, the research of post-installed fastening technology started late, but in recent years it has a wide range of applications. "Technical Specification for Post-installed Fastenings in Concrete Structures" (JGJ145-2013) published by China Architecture & Building Press systematically introduces the post-installed fastening technology. However, the technical specification is for concrete substrate. There is not a complete and systemic post-installed fastening technology design theory for now widely used masonry structure. To compile "Technical Specification for Post-installed Fastenings in Masonry Structures" and guide post-installed fastening in masonry structures, the destruction model and the influence to the bearing capacity are discussed by the pull-out tests of post-installed chemically rebar in autoclaved fly ash brick, autoclave sand lime brick and fired common brick masonry. And use the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate the tests. Work in this thesis is as follows:l.The influence of different steel grades of steel, diameters and masonry substrate type is discussed, which is about post-installed chemically rebar in autoclaved fly ash brick and autoclave sand lime brick masonry. Measure the steel strain and slip of the specimen to draw load-slip curve and analysis characteristic of slip.2.The influence of different steel grades, diameters, anchorage depth and anchored position is discussed, which is about post-installed chemically rebar in fired common brick masonry. Measure the steel slippage of the specimen to draw load-slip curve and analysis characteristic of slippage.3. Based on the features of masonry, reinforcement, adhesives, and bond-slide relationships between them, an ABAQUS finite element model for the analysis of post-installed reinforcement Anchorage in bricks can be established. Compare the results of the model with the outcome of the experiment, and we can find out that the finite element model is feasible. In this thesis, on the foundation of synthesizing engineering practice and study result of post-installed chemically rebar technique on the domestic and international, The destruction model, the bearing capacity and the slippage of the anchor are analyzed by experimental study and numerical analysis. On the premise of ensuring the quality, there is certain bearing capacity in the post-installed chemically rebar with 10d-14d anchorage depth in the masonry. On the premise of ensuring the quality, chemical anchor rebar has a certain bearing capacity after anchoring depth of 10d-14d in the masonry. There are some means to enhance the ultimate bearing capacity, such as increasing the steel diameters, anchorage depth or strength of masonry substrate. The destruction model of the specimen is brittle fracture, which does not apply to important structural members but is suitable to the common subsidiary ones (such as pendants, etc).
