As a basic power electronic device to achieve power conversion and control, the inverter has been widely used in industrial power supply, office equipment, life electrical and solar power generation. It will play a crucial role in the future of new energy fields. Therefore, the design and the study of the inverter complex control system are of great significance.Based on the analysis of theory of the inverter stand-alone control technology and parallel control technology, a complex control scheme which increases the RMS outer loop controller is proposed to solve the problem of instability of the inverter output voltage RMS. This paper complete the feasibility studies of the inverter complex control system by the MATLAB SIMULINK simulation module and design a scheme of inverter complex control system based on the TI's TMS320F2809. Besides, this paper not only complete the design of various control modules of the system, and wherein the parallel data transmission and processing implementation, adopting a program NMEA2000 protocol for easy operation and reducing the capacity of the software code, but also accomplish the simulation analysis of the modules by MATLAB and debugging code and complete the stand-alone and parallel testing of the inverter complex control system only to find that the inverter complex control system meets the requirements of the actual development of the project.In this paper, the design work done includes:1) On the basis of the theory of inverter control, the paper constructed the overall hardware framework of the inverter complex control system based on the TI's TMS320F2809 and completed the design of the scheme of inverter control and inverter circuit.2) The paper analyzed the principle and the Bode plot of the selected stand-alone control technology including the double-loop control and the repetitive control and by MATLAB simulated the stand-alone control methods, including open-loop control, double-loop control, the combination control of the double-loop control and the repetitive control and the stand-alone control of complex control systems including the RMS outer loop controller.3) A detailed study of the theory of the parallel circulation and the parallel control technology of the inverter complex inverter control system was conducted. The paper Simulated and analyzed parallel control technology methods, including the method of average current control and the method of combining power sharing control and average current control.4) Completed the design of the TMS320F2809 peripheral circuit and the software design of the inverter complex control system. Finally, the paper completed the test of the stand-alone Pattern and parallel Pattern of the inverter complex control system only to find that the inverter complex control system can be in stable and efficient operation.
