With the rapid development of modern power electronics technology, information technology and automatic control technology, the AC servo system is widely used in the field which is closely related to people’s life. Permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has a simple structure, small size, high efficiency, wide speed range, good static and dynamic characteristics. Now the digital signal processor as the control core with the better control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system becomes the trend of high performance servo system. In many occasions, because of their own limitations, traditional control methods come into trouble to satisfy higher control needs. With a variety of control methods and scientific control ways, the requirement of high performance could be obtained. For this, researches are made on permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system of multi-algorithm fusion, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, on the basis of the control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system, a servo control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor with multi-algorithm fusion is first given in this dissertation. This system contains the current loop, the velocity loop and the position loop, which is a new type of three closed loop control system on the basis of the method of direct axis current equaling to zero and the SVPWM technology. The current controller uses PI control algorithm, the speed controller uses fuzzy-PID control algorithm and the position controller uses the active disturbance rejection control technology.Secondly, In order to achieve multiple algorithm fusion of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system design scheme, permanent magnet synchronous motor coordinate transformation in three different coordinates is studied, with the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor. And on this basis, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in three different coordinates is established. And then the method of SVPWM technology is proposed. The multi-algorithm fusion of the current controller, the speed controller and the position controller is studied.Thirdly, in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment, simulations have been carried out to verify the proposed SVPWM scheme. The current loop, the servo system speed mode and the position mode have been simulated and the ideal control performances have been gotten.Fourthly, the hardware circuits of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system of multi-algorithm fusion are designed, with TMS320F2812 as main control chip. The timer interrupt service program flow chart, fuzzy PID control program flow chart and active disturbance rejection control program flow chart are designed after the main program flow chart is designed.Based on the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system of multi-algorithm fusion, the traditional PID control technology, the fuzzy-PID control technology and the ADRC control technology are used in the same system. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show the effectiveness of the multi-algorithm fusion, and future research directions are given.
