Mixing equipments are widely used in metallurgy, building materials and so on all walks of life, at present although our country manufacturing enterprises are numerous in this field, but the overall technical level is uneven and slightly behind.According to statistics, our country owns the biggest output of mixer in the world.But the mixing technology is still relatively backward,the technology with independent intellectual property right is much rarer.Especially in the light of this kind of new type continuitious vertical turbulent forced mixing machine, domestic manufacturer basically choose to import in complete sets from abroad, because of expensive price, maintenance difficulties and high cost cannot satisfy the enterprise all the time. Therefore, to explore advanced mixing principle and mixing technology, play the pragmatic value of mixing equipment, enhance the working efficiency of the mixing equipment and save the production cost is of important significance to the development of various industries such as building materials, metallurgy, environmental protection and so on, and owns very broad application prospects.In this paper,based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology has finished numerical simulation to the internal cylinder of the new vertical continuious Turbulent mixing machine,to obtain the information of internal flow field through simulation analysis,and studying the internal flow law, providing technical guidance and theoretical support for structure optimization and prototype development of subsequent equipment.Several problems are mainly studied in this paper as follows:(1)Studying the change of internal flow field of mixing machine cylinder for further and analysing turbulent state, and showing that turbulent state is in conformity with the mixing rule of equipment.(2) Observing and analyzing the imitation trajectory of particle flow for this new type of vertical continuous Turbulent mixing machine, watching whether according with the objective law, proving that satisfying the continuous production situation.(3) Analysing and contrasting the numerical simulation results of three different inlet position, and finding out its advantages and disadvantages, finally choosing the most reasonable inlet position.(4)Calculating the difference of particle mass flow rate in different inlet position, validating the accuracy of the feeding port selection for further.(5)Finally,coapared with the official effect chart of producting process given by EIRCH of German, to prove the correctness of the numerical simulation, and combining with practical production conditions, showing the rationality of the choice of feeding port andthe formation reasons of mass flow rate differences of import and export.
