Concrete mixer truck is an indispensable equipment in the national economic development.Along with the worsening of global financial crisis,all over the world further increased the infrastructural investments.The concrete mixer truck industry is faced with severe challenges and rare development opportunities.Mixing drum is an important component of concrete mixing truck.It mainly contains shell and mixing blades.Mixing blades are especially important because they directly determine the mixing drum performance.At present,the design of mixing blades is mostly in the theory stage and mainly depends on experience,because there is no a law to guide the design.The precision of mixing blade forming is low,which has affected the product quality seriously.The contents of this paper combine of the main problem in the industry and take the contract "Precision forming and dynamic optimization of key parts of concrete convey machines" as the goal and the backing.1) Parametric design of mixing drumFirst of all,parametric design of shell based on UG / OPEN GRIP language module. Secondly,parametric design of different functional forms of helix based on UG expression.Finally,parametric design of mixing blades by auxiliary measures,such as auxiliary surface and shaft.Because some errors always take place in the manufacturing of mixing drum,it could achieve the complete joint by modifying the graphics section, which has a high application value.2) Performance analysis of mixing bladesHelix angle is most active factor in the design of mixing blades.In order to improve the scientific nature of blades design and guide the design,study on the influence law of helix angles on the working performance and mechanical properties of mixing blades. The influence law was obtained by numerical simulation.In order to avoid resonance in the design of blade structures,it is useful of model analyzing on mixing blades.Analysis results provided theoretical basis on structure improvement and optimize design.3) Forming process optimization of mixing bladesThis paper takes a section of mixing blade as the research object.First of all,design the mixing blades die.Secondly,process numerical simulation on the blades forming, analyze and effectively forecast the slippage by stamping test.Finally,based on the optimal design of forming process according to the blades glide situation,analyze the different plans and discuss the preferred plan in controlling the blades slippage,which has a high engineering value. |
