Grouting technology is one of the effective means of reinforcement, water plugging and anti-seepage in civil engineering. Nowadays compared with the rapid development of grouting process, grouting equipment and grouting materials, grouting theories lag behind, especially the fissure grouting theory. Therefore it is necessary to study the grouting theory above. This paper, on the basis of previous studies, under the condition of still water, establishes one-way flow model in flat fissure, radial flow model in flat fissure, one-way flow model in elliptical fissure, and the model of wedge-shaped fissrue. In addition, under the condition of flowing water, the model of flat fissure is established. What's more, based on the models above, this paper makes theoretical analysis and numerical simulation which based on Fluent to study on the characteristics of the slurry as complements to the grouting theory,. The results show thatUnder the condition of still water, as for the model of flat fissure and one-way flow model in elliptical fissure, slurry pressure drop is proportional to slurry viscosity and slurry flow velocity, and inversely proportional to the square of the fissure aperture. The fissures in both one-way flow model in flat fissure and one-way flow model in elliptical fissure are not extended fissures. The pressure drop of which is proportional to grout diffusion distance. Nevertheless the fissure in radial flow model in flat fissure is extend crack, and the pressure drop and diffusion radius are logistic. As for the pressure drop, fissure aperture is the most remarkable influencing factor. When the slurry flows in the shrink wedge-shape crack, slurry pressure will decrease with the diffusion of slurry, however, the gradient will increase. When the slurry flows in the diffusion wedge-shape crack, with the diffusion of slurry, slurry pressure will decrease, and then the gradient will decrease too.Under the condition of flowing water, the shape of slurry diffusion is just like a ellipse which is narrow in the front and wide in the back. The greater the groundwater flow speed, the narrower and longer will be slurry diffusion region. At the same time, the slurry is easier to be diluted, so that it is against water shut-off. However, when grouting pressure turns higher, viscosity lower, and groundwater pressure smaller, the slurry can diffuse more smoothly. Under the condition that grouting pressure is constant, the velocity of frontal surface in slurry will decrease as the time of grouting goes by, and then the reduction of velocity gradient will decrease too. The grouting hole creates the highest pressure. With the diffusion of slurry, the grouting pressure will decrease, and the gradient will also decrease.
