Propulsion shafting is an important part of Ship Power Plant, reasonable propulsion shafting alignment status directly affect the safe operation of ships, especially for military ships, unreasonable propulsion shafting alignment design and manufacturing process will produce into deadly vibration noise, this will be a direct threat to the ship's combat effectiveness and survival ability, and according to the present data show that in the manufacture of propulsion shafting installation and use, the common propulsion shafting bearing eccentric wear problem.Due to the security measures of the foreign classification societies in terms of reasonable propulsion shafting alignment and manufacturing process, through to the relevant domestic shafting alignment literature research, this article put forward a layout method of the bearing holes conform to the deflection curve, and developed a set of the simplified shafting test bench, installed and debugged the simple shafting test bench to make it conform to the requirements of the design in this paper, based on the research of the curved shaft axis, prove the feasibility of this method, to improve the bearing eccentric wear and reduce the shafting vibration noise.The main research work is as follows: 1, Put forward a layout method of the bearing holes conform to the deflection curve; 2, Used the method of three moment equations to calculate the reasonable propulsion shafting alignment; 3, According to the linear calibration and reasonable propulsion shafting alignment installed and debugged test bench, and compared the shaft running in two cases that they are the bearing holes are in conformity with the deflection curve and the bearing holes are not in conformity with the deflection curve; 4, Designed a simple test to measure the shaft axis in the stationary state for guiding the installation of the simplified shafting test bench, and verify the simplified shafting test whether meet the design requirements; 5, developed a shafting run out error measuring system and designed a simple test to measure the shaft axis in the different speed running state.According to the results of the theoretical calculation and experimental study concluded, installed the bearing holes comply to the shaft deflection curve, the shafting operating torque is small, the shaft run out error in the allowed range, the shaft ran stably for a long time. And in the reasonable shafting alignment process, bearing holes are comply with the shafting deflection curve can make the shaft contact evenly to the bearing hole and the stress or pressure same for the bearing in the different points in the axial position of the same point of the circumferential position. it can cut small bearing eccentric wear, and theoretically there isn't transverse vibration caused by the eccentric quality.
