The ship propulsion shaft system is one of the core components of the ship's power system.Its design and installation state will directly affect the safety and reliability of ship navigation.The installation process of the ship and the quality of shafting alignment directly lead to the normal operation of the ship propulsion system.This article takes the 57000 DWT bulk carrier as the research object,analyzes the influence of the installation process of the ship on the quality of the shafting alignment.The procedure of shaft installation is introduced,and the construction preparation,technical points and matters needing attention are given.In order to solve the problem of bearing temperature increase during ship trial operation,the fault is solved after adjusting installation technology.On this basis,the quality of shaft alignment is evaluated and corresponding Suggestions are proposed.Through the basic theory of shipping shaft system alignment,using the transfer matrix method combining the calculation software of COMPASS,analysis of main engine base,intermediate bearing,the tail bearing in(-0.5 mm,0.5 mm)within the scope of the bearing load and the jacking force of characteristics of feature parameters of bearing installation location.It is divided into 21 calculating working conditions,and the variation rules of bearing load and lifting force under different bearing installation conditions are obtained.This paper analyzes whether the installation deviation satisfies the installation precision and proposes the concept of bearing installation deviation insensitive area.The bearing load was tested by the lifting method and the bearing load was given.The analysis results showed that the measured bearing error was within the range of plus or minus ±20% of the bearing theoretical load value,which met the design requirements.Analysis flanged opening and offset of the ship main engine bearing,intermediate bearing and stern bearing,the influence of the error range within ±0.1 mm conform to the provisions of standard effectively ensure the quality of the shafting alignment,and verified the insensitive area bearing load is correct and effective.Through induction and summary of the above issues,for after the same type or similar ship shafting installation to provide theoretical foundation for the future and larger ship installation and shafting alignment calculation have a guidance to practical engineering.
