Ni Cu Zn ferrite is widely used in the multilayer chip inductors and other products, it puts forward requirements for the temperature characteristics, however there are not many researches on it. In addition, Cu Zn Ti ferrite is widely involved in magnetic hyperthermia, and the research is only a handful. Therefore, in this paper, temperature characteristics and the effects of Ni Cu Zn ferrite and Cu Zn Ti ferrite were studied.This paper studied the temperature characteristics of the different main formulation, additives and sintering temperature Ni Cu Zn ferrite. The results show that:(1)Ni Cu Zn ferrite Curie temperature TC increases linearly with the Ni/Zn ratio increasing, and the relative temperature coefficient of Ni Cu Zn ferrite has vary irregularly.(2)With the increase of Fe content, the initial permeability ?0 first increases and then reduces, and the Curie temperature TC increases constantly. When Fe content reaches 47mol%, the relative temperature coefficient reduces to the minimum, and the temperature stability achieves the best.(3)For only adding Bi2O3, it is found that with the increasing Bi2O3, the permeability increases first and then decreases, and the temperature coefficient changes from positive to negative and its absolute value enlarged, Curie temperature TCwas almost the same. When doping both Bi2O3 and glass, the permeability declines monotonously. The temperature dependence was not obvious, and Curie temperature increases first and then decreases with increasing addition amount.(4)For increasing the sintering temperature, the initial permeability of Ni Cu Zn ferrite increases, and the Curie temperature TC keeps constant. When Ni Cu Zn ferrite has been fully sintered, it has good temperature stability.Several groups of Cu Zn Ti ferrite samples composed of different main formulation and preparation process were prepared. The factors of temperature characteristics were studied in this paper. The results indicate that:(1)The Curie temperature TC of Cu Zn Ti ferrite increases linearly with increasing content of Cu/Zn, the relative temperature coefficient ??/?i remains the same at first and then increases.(2)Within a certain range, the Curie temperature TC decreses gradually with the increase of Ti O2 content in Cu Zn Ti ferrite. In a certain range, when Fe content increases, the initial permeability increases first and then decreases, and the relative temperature coefficient is almost the same.(3)The impact of sintering temperature is rare for temperature characteristics, and it has great influence on the initial permeability ?0 when Cu Zn Ti ferrite has a small amount of Fe content. With sintering temperature increasing, the initial permeability ?0 firstly increases and then decreases when Fe content is small. When Fe content is high, it has little effect on the initial permeability ?0 when sintering temperature changes.
