The security control of the adjacent building in shield tunneling is gradually becoming a subject of key importance, and deformation-control of adjacent building is the core content of security control. According to research achievements at home and abroad, this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of factors that tremendous influencing the adjacent building in shield tunneling. Then the correlation between deformation change laws over time and impact factors are studied by means of the advanced data processing techniques and artificial intelligence methods. At the same time, in order to ensure the safety of adjacent buildings in tunneling environments, the security alert status of the monitoring information and tour information are considered together to obtain the comprehensive security alert status of the adjacent building deformation. The main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Time series forecast analysis of adjacent building deformation. This thesis adopts wavelet decomposition method to reduce the monitoring error and eliminate fluctuation caused by the outside interference and improving the effectiveness and accuracy of monitoring data. This thesis also builds prediction model based on PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) and LSSVM(Least Squares Support Vector Machine) to realize time series analysis of building deformation and achieves the pre-control of the building deformation according to the building deformation value of the next monitoring time predicted by the prediction model.(2) Influencing factors analysis of adjacent building deformation. Adjacent building deformation association model has been built in this study based on PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) and LSSVM(Least Squares Support Vector Machine). Then on the basis of Monte-Carlo simulation, the correlation between deformation and corresponding impact factors are analyzed by Chi-squared test and GRA(Grey Relational Analysis), then the Efast method is used to carry out the global analysis of sensitivity on the influence factors to improve the efficiency of the controls of building safety matter.(3) Early warning and decision-making management of adjacent building's safety control. This thesis proposes a decision-making model based on the D-S evidence theory, which can obtain the security alert status based on both the monitoring information and tour information of the adjacent building deformation, and further provides decision-making basis for the safety control of adjacent building.
