It is common for the snow and freezing rain in the cold area. The cohesive force will be greatly reduced for the snow and ice on the road surface, and potential traffic accidents happened. So it is very important for the high effective snow removal and de-icing to keep the traffic safety. Due to the serious environmental pollution, traditional chemical de-icing solution has gradually been restricted used, the mechanical de-icing method can not effectively deal with thick icing, vulnerable to damage the road and less efficient. Pure thermal de-icing method energy consumption, water is not complete absorbed and easy to cause secondary ice. It proposes a thermal water jets complex machinery of the road de-icing technology for the above problem, and through the art of deicing water jet, ice machine ice-breaking, collection device designed to carry out related research. Results of this study in the following areas:Describes the thermal water jet complex mechanical road de-icing vehicle works and structures; water jet melting and deicing theoretical analysis, through the relevant calculation parameters to match the vehicle system to determine the operating pressure range of water jet device and working height. Analysis of the size of the nozzle structure with excellent performance at the nozzle exit derived by numerical simulation of VOF flow velocity attenuation map and orthogonal optimization.Based on Fluent in solidification and melting model, physical model of each factor separately jet pressure, jet temperature, the speed of the de-icing vehicles on the financial impact of the de-icing thickness, and then analyze the effects of various factors on the cutting ice. Linear regression analysis was used to fit the water jet device thickness and melting ice in addition to the jet pressure, jet temperature, the speed of the de-icing vehicles relationship graph actual deicing operations to provide a reference.Finally, studying the thermal water jet complex mechanical road deicing vehiclemechanical devices systematic, firstly movement means cutting ice analysis to determine the relationship between velocity water jet equipment and the speed of the road de-icing vehicles;secondly for the working condition, devised a rapid and efficient diamond ice on the road surface will be peeled off the ground and broken ice-breaking roller.
