Active vibration isolation system used for precision optical imaging equipment is the important guarantee for the reliable work of high resolution remote sensing satellites, micro vibration produced by the normal operation of spaceborne equipment is isolated by applying the active vibration isolation control method. Depend on the urgent requirement of civil aviation pre-research project and practical engineering application,the controller in active vibration isolation system is studied and developed in this thesis,through the hardware design and debugging of master control unit and piezoelectric drive unit,the controller aims at isolating vibration effectively.The six degree-of-freedom active vibration isolation system via Stewart platform is regarded as control object in this thesis, the mechanical structure of vibration isolator and electric-mechanical model of piezoelectric ceramic actuator are discussed, the integral force feedback active control method is studied, the hardware structure of controller which consists of master control unit and drive unit is put forward. Master control unit adopts highperformance ARM microcontroller as the core, acquisition of sensor data and output of active control are realised by externally expanding high-precision ADCs and DACs. In view of complex mixed-signal circuit in master control unit,anti-jamming design of PCB is also studied. Drive unit adopts high-voltage op-amp driving scheme based on voltage closedloop control, building with composite amplifying circuit and IGBT half-bridge fast charge and discharge circuit.Active vibration isolation system experiment platform is set up with using the controller designed in this thesis,through the analysis of vibration isolation performance in time field and frequency field by LMS test system,the feasibility of the controller is verified.
