This thesis is based on the Huazhong univeristy of science and technology Dongguan ind ustrial research institute project-to commrmorate the revolution of1911-Shouyi science and te chnology meseum platform project,which is committed to created a virtual environment of the electromechanical integration technology that can make people completely based onThis topic is to discuss the main mechanical hydraulic motion platform, as well as part of a control system platform of power system, power control system and control system of dig ital projection.This topic is using parallel Stewart platform, and Stewart platform application c omparison in industrial development,and analyzing the core principle of supporting mechanis m, as well as the function and design way of spring during the design process.In power syste m, considering the requirements of large capacity space platform and hige demandment, we g ive up the servo motor motion platform has always been used by the 4D theater, andu using h ydraulic as power source.In the power control system, taking into account the micro controller(MCU) as a long development cycle MCU, debugging is difficult, we adopt the mature progr ammable logic controller PLC as main control unit, PLC as the slave computer and the host c omputer(host computer) to reach the Internet through free port communication protocol, PC c ontrol PLC executes the corresponding action by sending a specific ASC code form.PLC pow er control system can not only be used as the main control unit but also be used as a digital pr ojection control system. The platform motion control process; PLC read the motion instructio ns and analog feedback signal, through the internal PID operation, proportional control valve port opening, and the opening to the proportional valve to control the speed and direction of movement of the hydraulic rod.The results of the implementation of the proportional valve to analog signal to form a closed loop feedback PLC. Synchronization of time axis control syste m using a digital broadcast action designed on the time axis according to the requirements of t he film.as for the continuous of the action, using the PID control panel, give each action exec ution time, thus design time curve movement, to achieve a combination of film and environm ental effects of the dynamic platform for action.
