As China's economy growing by leaps and bounds, the demand for electricity is increasing. Hydroelectric power is one of our main power generation methods, also ushered in a good opportunity for development.In the process of development of hydropower, how to be able to better and more thorough use water resources, the direction of how hydropower be more economic and effective operation is research workers who have been efforts to. Plant economic operation is a major focus of the economy operation.In this paper, we start from the need to develop hydropower plant economic operation system, then we introduced from plant economic operation to the algorithm plant economic operation, and finally to the system design and implementation. And we use Da He Yan cascade hydropower as an example, executemodular development, to make the system be more common. The system uses current advanced Client / Server architecture, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and Sql Server2008 development platform. In this thesis, the contents are:(1) Establishment and treatment SQL database.(2) Draw hydropower plant dynamic characteristics curve.(3) Study the optimization algorithm. Dynamic programming, genetic algorithm in detail, the two algorithms are packaged as class and integrated into the system..(4) System station when the mathematical model, taking into account the maintenance crew, affect cavitation vibration area and off on water consumption and other factors on the model, greatly improving the usability of the system.
