As an important part of wing structure, the failure form of stiffened plate structure is complex and diverse, And the common stability failure can be divided into the overall buckling, local buckling of stiffened plate, local buckling of the stiffener and the buckling of various combinations. In order to reduce the structure weight under the condition satisfying the design requirements of the stability of stiffened plate. we need to make a reasonable choice of the stiffener's form and layout, and optimize the parameters of stiffeners and skin.At present, the conventional method of plate reinforcement is obtained the equivalent skin under the condition of strength design, and then reinforce the plate by selecting reasonable reinforcement ratio and thickness ratio. This method include a certain randomness on the reinforcement ratio and thickness ratio selection, and can't make an accurate assessment of the support factor in stability calculation formula. This paper presents a simple and efficient plate reinforcement design process, it can find the optimal reinforcement ratio and thickness ratio from various group of reinforcement ratio and thickness ratio, and timely correct the support factor of stiffener. For conventional plate reinforcement method, the stiffener layout is single and the size parameters of different stiffeners can't be independent. This paper presents a method of topology optimization guide plate reinforcement, the method optimal the thicken plate under the constraint of stability with topology optimization. The material distribution with the result of topology optimization guide the plate reinforcement, and achieve the purpose of stiffener layout optimization. Later then, optimal the stiffened plate whit size optimization and improve the efficiency of structure. Through the finite element shows that, compared with the conventional plate reinforcement method, the method of topology optimization to guide reinforcement can effectively reduce the structural weight, improve the efficiency of structure.
