Topology optimization of structure is to find a material distribution that can satisfy many external conditions in the design domain of structure,and this material distribution can make the material performance optimization.After topology optimization,the structure meets the performance requirements of light dead weight and large stiffness.Topology optimization can obtain the structure model with reasonable force distribution,and can effectively reduce the consumption of materials,thus reducing the cost and bringing significant economic benefits.Topology optimization has been widely used in construction,machinery,aerospace and other fields.Variable density method is the most widely used method in structural topology optimization.In this paper,SIMP,a commonly used variable density method,is used to consider the multi-constraint conditions and is improved to improve the convergence stability and calculation efficiency.The main work and innovation lies in:1.In the traditional SIMP method,continuum topology optimization is modeled as a mathematical model with volume ratio as the constraint and compliance minimization as the objective function.However,because there are many kinds of constraints in actual engineering,the single-constraint model cann’t meet the requirements of engineering application.In this paper,we construct an element iteration scheme which is suitable for multi-constraint conditions and verify its feasibility by a classical example.2.The movement factor is one of the most important parameters affecting the calculation efficiency of SIMP method.In this paper,an improved Logistic function is used to dynamically generate the movement factor in the optimization iteration process,so as to dynamically adjust the iteration step size in the topology optimization process.The results of an example show that the convergence process of this method is more stable and the calculation efficiency is higher.3.A visual continuum topology optimization design software was developed based on MATLAB platform,which realized the quick operation of parameter setting,result display and export. |
