Unmanned aerial vehicles have characters like small volume, light weight, flexible and so on. By continuous development of modern science and technology, unmanned aerial vehicles have been widely used in civil and military fields. Since the type of modern wars challenges, unmanned combat aerial vehicle is popular with military of many countries in the world by its unique characters like strong concealment, quick mind, low development cost and strong ability of complex military missions. Nowadays the environment and missions of modern battlefield become more and more complex. By further research into UCAV battle, many scholars and experts focus on unmanned aerial vehicle cooperative engagement area, and multi-UCAV cooperative executing missions becomes a newly research topic with practice significance.Aircraft with blended wing body general layout attracted aviation experts at home and abroad by its excellent aerodynamic performance and stealth performance and was used by military of many countries in UCAV's development process. This article completed general design of one tailless blended wing body UCAV based on design requirements by key requirements in aircraft design. Meanwhile, we optimized airfoil design used in fuselage by CST parameterization method. Then we used CFD method to analyze aerodynamic performance of design and valued stealth performance by physical optical method. At last, this article proposed UCAV's formation flight control scheme based on awareness concerned on characters of UCAV cooperative formation flight by study and research into UCAV cooperative engagement terms.
