With the development of our country's economy and the growth of military strength, the research on hypersonic vehicle technology has become the key project of our country.SR-72 is a recent open of the United States of a cruising speed of 6 of the hypersonic unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, with a certain value of research. In this paper, SR-72 is used as the research object, the 3D reconstruction of the shape is carried out, and the calculation and analysis of the aerodynamic characteristics of the 3D model are carried out.First of all, introduced the development of hypersonic vehicles, and according to the analysis of hypersonic vehicle development roadmap America introduced SR-72 technology and project plan;secondly, according to the theory and method of multi angle pictures three-dimensional shape reconstruction, the SR-72 hypersonic unmanned reconnaissance aircraft shape were reconstructed using CATIA software; then, 3D model on the reconstruction of the division of the unstructured grid, and use the CFD method to calculate the respectively in subsonic transonic and hypersonic conditions, the lift coefficient, drag coefficient, pitching moment coefficient and lift drag ratio of aerodynamic parameters; finally the model was also calculated the leading edge passivation, SR-72 in hypersonic environment the surface heat flux and surface temperature of thermal aerodynamic parameters, and analysis of thermal protection materials and the solutions. The analysis shows that the design of the SR-72 has good aerodynamic characteristics at different speed, and can achieve the design requirement of the level of the autonomous landing and the large range.
