Coal pier as the main bearing of a belt conveyor carrier, in the mines, ports,especially widely used in modern large coal mines. Pier structure parts used in the large span steel truss, the poor structure integrity and stiffness and large span, is sensitive to vibration force, that is carrying large scale, high speed, large capacity of the belt conveyor trestle is larger vibration phenomenon, individual found serious pier steel truss are trembling, seriously affect the production. Pier vibration will not only reduce the homework personnel comfort, impair the health of human body, and affect the vibration of the bearing capacity and fatigue problems. The problem of coal pier vibration becomes a need to solve the problem.In this paper, two cases of coal pier as the research object, combined with field dynamic test using sap2000 to establish finite element model of the belt pier, input load,vibration modal and vibration response analysis of the pier, the finite element analysis of the vibration response compared with the actual test results, until the results of the calculation model close to the actual result. Set a variety of reinforcement mode, using the model belt bracket and damping effect of the steel truss reinforcement mode simulation, analysis and comparison of various models vibration reduction effect, until you find the best reinforcement model. Concrete research content is as follows:(1) With red grahame coal mining company pier vibration phenomenon seriously as an example, the field test pier intuitive and recessive vibration source, find out all the source of vibration, analyzing the vibration characteristics of the various source and its contribution to the vibration, find the main vibration source and vibration source.(2) Through field investigation, inspection, testing and literature review,systematically put forward a complete set of pier vibration caused by a variety of power,and presents the strength and the size of the vibration frequency and calculation methods.(3) Select two cases of pier, the belt holder, pier propylaea skeleton(steel truss,the floor beams and support, the roof beam and support), and pier scaffold with joint connected node space finite element analysis model of SAP, the model and the more close to actual, modal analysis and comparison.(4) Between roller manufacturing deviation caused by dynamic load, coal and belt running process of dynamic load, coal on the belt produced by the eccentric load, coal produced uneven dynamic load, and return the belt running deviation of the calculation of dynamic load peak vibration by cosine pattern, with its calculation of the product of the circular frequency and time for the variable on the carrying idler belt stents and return roller bearing, for calculating dynamic time history analysis.(5) Set a variety of reinforcement mode, using the model of five kinds of vibration under the joint action of dynamic response calculation, belt bracket and steel truss reinforcement mode damping effect of the simulation, analysis and comparison of various models vibration reduction effect, to find the best method of vibration reduction.
