Coal-conveyer gallery is a major industrial structures of supporting rubber beltconveyor. it is the connection channel of the coal mine, electric power, metallurgy andother industrial production.it plays a very important role in the whole productionprocess. Coal-conveyer gallery has a lot of advantages which includes low investmentcosts, continuous production and high degree of automation. Therefore it is widely usedin the industrial field of transport. In recent years, China’s industrial area of transport,widespread adoption of long distance, high belt speed, large capacity, high-power beltconveyor. As the main load-bearing structure of the belt conveyor, Coal-conveyergallery became the large span and super length structure. It most the use of steel in theform. because of Steel rigidity and large span of coal-conveyer gallery, the structurebecomes more and more sensitive to the vibration force. So vibration problems ofcoal-conveyer gallery become an urgent problem.At present, In China many studies were focused on the structure of the seismicarea,but the researchs on the vibration of coal-conveyer gallery is relative few. There isno systematic research results of the coal-conveyer gallery’s vibration problems can beused for the design of the new structure and the maintenance and reinforcement ofexisting structures. The actual survey results showed that in the6degreesearthquake-proof region, coal-conveyer gallery’s vibration problems are far serious thanseismic problems.Therefore, the author takes the coal-conveyer gallery of the2th loading point to thebelt tensioner structure as a start point, the research work is composed of several aspectsas following:(1) Through inestigation, Summarized the coal-conveyer gallery structure andstructural characteristics. Takes the coal-conveyer gallery of the2th loading point to the belt tensioner structure for example,do vibration test of structre and dynamic analysisfor the coal-conveyer gallery.(2) Through site research as well as dynamic tests,we can obtain the dynamiccharacteristics and dynamic response of the coal-conveyer gallery structure, which lay asolid foundation for the establishment of a reasonable structure model.(3) The more actual coal-conveyer gallery computing model will be made, throughtaking into account the corrugated steel sheet skinned effect and connected to thecoal-conveyer gallery of its impact. Through experimental results and theoreticalcalculations of comparative analysis,we can verify the rationality of the mechanicalmodel.(4) Based on calculations and analyze of the model, we can summarize thecorrespondence between each excitation source on the structure of horizontal vibrationand vertical vibration. A clear analysis of ideas will appear to the coal-conveyer galleryvibration problems.(5) Assess the status of the coal-conveyer gallery steel truss, through allowablelimits for standard vibration, combined with the dynamic characteristics ofcoal-conveyer gallery analysis and vibration test results. Mainly consider vibration onthree main aspects which includes building structures, machinery and equipment andthe impact of the human.(6) In order to control and reduce the impact of the dynamic load to thecoal-conveyer gallery, some helpful improvements were provided, which could serve asreference for reinforcement and design of the coal-conveyer gallery.
