| Recently, the electric industry in China had developed rapidly. Grain-oriented silicon steel is a kind of important function materials in electric industry which is used for making iron cores of transformers and electric generator. There is abundant reserve of vanadium-titanium magnetite in China. Therefore, if this kind of iron ore can be used for producing CGO has been paid attention to by Metallurgical technicists.Effect of different content of V and Ti on microstructure and texture of grain orient silicon steel with V and Ti produced by TSCR process imitated in laboratory were researched by Metallographic Microscope and SEM. Three key process points of producing CGO were also researched on microstructure and texture, which were double cold-rolled reduction ratio, temperature and time of decarburizing annealing and recovery annealing temperature. All the achievement of researching will be contributing to the producing of CGO in the factories. The major results were showed as follows:(1) Goss texture and γ fiber texture have kept a certain intensity in hot rolled plate surface and subsurface organization, the primary recrystallization organization and reply annealing organization in the oriented silicon steel when the content of V and Ti is not high(V: 0.0067%; Ti: 0.0042%), which has less influence on the development of the secondary recrystallization. Sometime even have varying promoting function. However, when the content of V and Ti continues to increase, the secondary recrystallization maybe incompletely and magnetic property will be deteriorating soon. The best magnetic property was P17/50=1.02W/kg, B8=1.924 T when w V=0.0067%, w Ti=0.0042%.(2) With the experiment condition, the best first rolling ratio was 71% and the best second rolling ratio was 60%. With these experimental conditions, the secondary recrystallization of samples were impeccable and the best magnetic property will be obtain, which P17/50 is 1.049W/kg and B8 is 1.950 T.(3) The grain size of decarburizing annealing plate were greatly influenced by temperature, which the higher the temperature, the greater the size and grain size uniformity also gradually became worse. Correspondingly, the wastage of iron core was rising with the increasing of decarburization temperature, and the magnetic induction decreased with the increase of temperature.(4) There was no obvious secondary recrystallization phenomenon in recovery annealing plates in 550℃-550℃ temperature range, and its priority texture types was γ texture, such as {111}<112>. When the temperature of recovery annealing rise, the intensity of texture increased and then decreased. |
