Waterproof is important measures to improve the durability of concrete structure,Even the fundamental measures. It can be said, research of waterproof on concrete structure durability is an eternal theme, because concrete structure waterproof performance largely determines its endurance performance. This thesis mainly aims at the waterproof performance of concrete, research hydrophobic cement concrete,research and analysis of the related components of hydrophobic cement concrete, the experimental study of hydrophobic cement concrete including working performance and physical and mechanical properties, volume stability and lasting quality, selecting hydrophobic materials that suitable for cement concrete, puting forward the design methods and preparation technology of cement concrete mixture ratio optimization that based on hydrophobic properties. On the premise of not reduce the cement concrete various material physical and mechanics performance, changing or partial decreasing the cement concrete hydrophilic in seeence,improving the quality of cement concrete and the durability of concrete structure. Such as meeting the requirements that water absorption is reduced by 20%~40% compared with fresh concrete, unsteady chloride ion diffusion coefficient is lower than 4×10-12m2/s. Research content of the hydrophobic cement concrete is shown in the following:(1) From the point of view such as material properties, mechanisms of action with cement concrete and environmental performance had choosen polymer that can be used for concrete.(2) In order to determine the description of materials and the reasonable adulterating technology, different hydrophobic materials were analyzed to concrete of different strength grade(C40, C50 and C60) in the mixing ratio test and the working performance, physical and mechanical properties and volume stability of concrete were regarded as the evaluation index.(3) According to the hydrophobic requirements, the environment that concrete structures in and the requirements of durability, working out hydrophobic cement concrete that satisfy the design index and putting out the optimum proportion.
