As a conveniently,and relatively cheap building material,concrete was widely used in infrastructure such as roads,bridges,civil residence.With the deepening of the research on concrete,People began to pursue methods to improve the durability of concrete and extend its service life.When "Five times theorem" was mentioned,it made that the researchers payed more attention to the early stage of the concrete maintenance.Silane waterproof materials with relatively low surface energy,excellent permeability and convenient construction was the favour of the researchers.After test found that film-forming effect would be improved with silane monomer carbon growth.It was comprehensive economic considerations that isobutyl triethoxysilane was chosen as preparation monomer.Basing on isobutyl triethoxysilane and TEOS silane monomer,the TEOS/isobutyl triethoxy silane compound emulsion preparation process was studied.The effect of dosage and mixing ratio of the compound emulsifier,preparation of temperature,adding amount and time of TEOS was investigated through orthogonal test.It was analyzed the protective effect of compound emulsion coated cement based material and the influence on the durability of cement based material,which compared with groups of blank,TEOS,and isobutyl triethoxysilane emulsion.Test came from two aspects of macrocosm and microcosm.In the aspect of macroscopic,The effect of cement based materials with coating compound emulsion on capillary water absorption,anti carbonization,chloride permeation,rapid freezing and thawing cycles were studied.And the coefficient of capillary suction had decreased more than83%,carbonization depth in 28 days had decreased more than 35%,mass loss rate had decreased more than 68% after 150 freeze-thaw cycles.And from the whole macro test results could be found that the compound emulsion was superior to the protective effect of isobutyl triethoxysilane emulsion;And through a series of microscopic test,it proved that the compound emulsion had excellent film-forming effect,and explained the concrete of the compound emulsion coating excellent macro performance.
