Building materials play an important role in the whole project, it can be divided into metals(represented by steel tube, steel plate)and non-metallic(as represented in concrete) from the material properties; From the shape can be divided into linear materials such as steel, plate-like materials such as steel and shotcrete, bulk materials such as cranes and concrete structure. There have been used in non-destructive testing method of the several materials, but it mainly to see their test results is a way of judging the merits; The second is to consider whether easy to implement. In this paper based on the one-dimensional plane stress wave theory and the theory of stress wave propagation in thin, it is established indoor model test different working conditions. It is that collecting test data by using the utekl dynamic signal acquisition instrument, using Matlab software to reproduce the vibration waveform, using wavelet multi-resolution analysis and the length of the fractal dimension analysis method to extract real information of the response signal different conditions in order to establish testing and evaluation mechanisms for non-destructive testing of materials in several forms. The main research works are as follows:(1) Based on the former researches, it is analyzed of one-dimensional stress wave propagation theory and flat sheets of stress wave propagation theory to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a late model test;(2) According to the stress wave propagation in the medium and the analysis of the stress wave energy mechanism, combined in this paper with the research content,summed up the relationship between the stress wave propagation and attenuation in the form of total attenuation coefficient between the main frequency, and a method is provided for the subsequent test design and results analysis;(3) For the non-destructive testing of metal materials, as represented in pipe, it was designed of steel pipe under different working conditions in the laboratory model,different length of steel pipe model with free ends and different length of pipe corrosion rust,damage model, the test results under different conditions of extraction and analysis;(4) For non-destructive testing of nonmetal material, represented by ordinary concrete plate, the different strength grade test model is designed in the laboratory,respectively test the concrete plate dynamic response curves under different working conditions;(5) Using Matlab software to reproduce the vibration waveform, were analyzed and calculated on the indoor model test using the multi-resolution analysis of wavelet and fractal dimension method length, to establish the relationship between the vibration waveform and different parameters, can be obtained to characterize the non-destructive detection of several important parameters: wavelet spectrum, frequency value, the first wave of the cycle and the energy attenuation coefficient.
