Study On Safety Supervision Of Sanshui District Of Foshan City Elevator

With the recent acceleration of urbanization, the city inside the elevator holdings also rapid growth, lift more and more frequently appear in people's lives and on the job,everyday life and the lives of the elevator safety is closely linked with the masses,It has become the focus of the public, the media and all levels of government. According to statistics from the State Administration of Quality Supervision, 2012-2014, the national elevator accident from 42 to 95 starting from the rapid growth at an alarming rate. In this situation, the drawbacks of the existing regulatory model elevator safety increasingly highlight the urgent need for a change.In this paper, Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, on China's current situation elevator safety supervision system and analyze government offside, dislocation,elevator safety responsibilities are not clear, repair and maintenance market disorder,elevator insurance rate regulatory process exists for low, elevator maintenance housing maintenance fund difficult to use and many other issues, proposed to reform the elevator safety supervision mode as the main means of solution and hope from the perspective of innovative regulatory system to address national security issues elevator.The article is divided into four parts.
