With the Foshan area economic development, industrial electricity consumption and other household electric power demand is more and more big, the power is limited by the power grid has become the bottleneck of Foshan area economic development. Especially in the access of solar energy and wind power and other new energy sources, the structure and layout of distribution network how planning has become a hotpots of researchers. This paper is based on the existing Leping Town, Sanshui District and the construction of the substation, and the grid current situation analysis, combined with the Leping Industrial Park, Leping town government Fanhu Development Zone, provide the forecast results and the existing load demand for electricity, determined the distribution network planning of Leping town of medium voltage, low voltage distribution network construction and transformation of the scale of the summary, and on this basis, the investment estimates on the planning. Network structure optimization of power supply, power supply to solve the contact situation between the substation area.In order to make the Foshan Sanshui District construction and transformation of 10 k V in low voltage distribution network is more scientific, reasonable and standardized, truss structure optimization, to adapt to the local construction, strong support for economic and social development of Sanshui District, special Sanshui low-voltage distribution network planning in this paper. Its contents include: the status analysis of the distribution network in the area, load analysis, several technical standards, determine the budget transformation planning and other aspects are as follows: firstly, by analyzing the present situation of the distribution network in the region, through the process of the data index operations and equipment acquisition of the distribution network, analyze the current situation of distribution network. Through the analysis of the content of the above arrangement, obtains the distribution network layout is reasonable, whether the power supply radius to meet regional requirements, load balancing is reasonable conclusion, determine the planning scheme and plan the next step. Secondly, budget analysis for the distribution network load, mainly on the distribution and supply of electricity and the maximum load prediction.
