Aviation structure and blade are key parts of aviation manufacturing, with weak rigidity,difficult machining, complex shape and other technical features. This kind of parts usually made of titanium alloy, high temperature alloy and aluminum alloy, the process of titanium is easy leads to rapid tool wear, aviation aluminum residual stress redistribution caused by rough cutting spring back, the machining deformation of thin-walled parts is difficult to control. Study on deformation law and compensation method of geometry of aeronautical thin-wall components, including:(1) Based on the online measurement of software and hardware platform, puts forward two kinds of online measurement scheme: one is fast measure, based on the characteristics of the simple measurement, error evaluation function; The other is the online measurement scheme for the complicated characteristics of large-scale point. Write compensation machining planning software, proposes two compensation processing methods: mean error compensation method of rule characteristics of thin-walled, fine machining of free-form surface characteristics of thin-walled segmented compensation.(2) Designed the thin-walled cutting orthogonal test, made of TC4 titanium, 7075 aluminum and 304 stainless steel, through comparing compensation and no compensation for part of the processing results, obtained the compensation processing thin pieces of three kinds of materials which increases the precision of about 50%, the variance analysis shows that1 mm and the TC4 titanium alloy cutting on wall thickness is more sensitive, draw three aviation material thin wall deformation characteristics of the parts processing.(3) The aviation thin blade on-line measurement and compensation machining test,on-line measurement and planning path scheme of complex features, processing and semi fine finishing in five axis machine tool after on-line measurement, the final results prove, semi finish precision machining effect compensation of machining parameters is also improved by about 1 times, in order to verify the effect of blade surface compensation processing.
