| Important power consumers require high reliability of power supply, the outage of important power consumers not only would endanger the social public safety and people’s personal security, but also can cause heavy economic losses and significant political influence, and the society may even in a state of paralysis. The paper will research the typical feeding modes of important power consumer to improve power supply reliability, the study includes reliability evaluation, economic evaluation and the establishment of assessment system.Firstly, the paper introduces the research status of reliability evaluation, economic evaluation and feeding mode selection of distribution system. And the properties of important power consumers are analyzed from social impact, political impact and economic impact to get the result of important power consumer grading and classification. The paper studies different kinds of important power consumers’ requirement of reliability, and summarizes 14 typical feeding modes for important power consumer, and establishes reliability and economic evaluation models for every typical feeding mode.Secondly, reliability evaluation indexes of important power consumer are given in this paper, and the paper gives out the detailed results of important power consumer feeding mode reliability evaluation through MATLAB modeling and simulation with the method of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Network-equivalent. And the important power consumers outage costs are calculated based on the results of reliability evaluation and the important power consumers outage costs estimation model, adopting the reliability cost-benefit analysis method, the paper gives out the comprehensive costs of important power consumer feeding modes.Finally, an important power consumer feeding mode assessment based on analytic hierarchy process and expert experience is proposed in this paper. The paper studies the assessment process of the important consumer feeding mode; explores according assessment indexes in terms of the indexes themselves, distribution network assessment factors, the inherent characteristics of important consumer feeding modes and expert experience; establishes the comprehensive assessment system architecture containing program level, index layer, rule layer and target layer based on analytic hierarchy process; determines the index weight distribution according to the 9 standard degree method. On these basis, the paper gives out the detailed results of important power consumer feeding mode assessment in the end.The study results of this thesis provide references for selection of important power consumer feeding mode. |
