It can't be ignored that correct understanding and proper solution to security play an important role in the popularization of oil to gas as for the public's intense anxiety toward the security problem.PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)gains its widespread application in industrial control field due to its advantage of stability and anti-interference compared with computer-controlled system. Based on the security control system designed by PLC this project aims to achieve data collection in vessel scene, security surveillance and fire alarm, solution to gas leakage in order to guarantee secure operation of LNG/oil dual-fuel power pattern, which possess practical engineer value.Firstly, this paper illustrates the background and meaning of this project and draws a conclusion of current state of study. Then, the general design of security control of this project is expressed and the technology of PLC is also provided with brief introduction. In the last two chapters the hardware design of security control and the study and adjustment of system are given exhaustive introduction. At last, a conclusion and drawback of this project are narrated in this paper.
