| In the face of global energy shortages and environmental pollution,fuel diversification has gradually become the development direction of diesel engines.Reactivity Controlled Compression Ignition(RCCI)technology based on methanol/diesel is an efficient and clean new combustion technology that can simultaneously reduce nitrogen oxide and soot particle emissions.In order to realize the combustion technology,the key integrated controller electronic control unit(ECU,Electronic Control Unit)hardware in the RCCI engine system was studied.Taking the modified Yunnei D30 engine as the object,research the integrated ECU hardware system of methanol/diesel dual-fuel RCCI engine.First,starting from the functional requirements of the RCCI engine control system,the hardware system architecture is analyzed,the design scheme of the controller is clarified,and the working principle and electrical characteristics of special actuators and sensors are analyzed.Secondly,the power supply module,actuator drive module,sensor signal conditioning module,communication module,etc.of the hardware system are designed with a modular design method.At the same time,in order to reduce the crosstalk between the signals and improve the signal quality,from the perspective of the attributes of the signals in the printed circuit board(PCB,Printed Circuit Borad)board,the layout,wiring,heat dissipation,electromagnetic compatibility,and signal line impedance of the PCB are considered.A systematic analysis was made,and corresponding design rules and design schemes were put forward.Finally,combined with the existing experimental conditions,the ECU hardware system was tested by offline simulation test,hardware-in-the-loop test,and bench test.In the offline simulation test,a coordinated injection test of the methanol/diesel injection system was carried out by writing test codes.The experimental results show that the ECU hardware system can control the methanol and diesel nozzles to achieve coordinated fuel injection at the corresponding positions of the engine.The boost current in the fuel injection phase reaches 18 A at a driving voltage of 48 V,and the current in the maintenance phase is at a voltage of 24 V.The down reached 12 A.It can be analyzed from the injection currents of the two that the methanol and diesel injection solenoid valves can be opened normally.Hardware-in-the-loop and bench experiments show that the diesel injection module of the ECU hardware system drops 2.1V during the engine idling phase,and the generated power noise frequency is 48 MHz.The filter can be optimized at this noise frequency to ensure that the ECU is Normal operation under all working conditions. |
