In the running process of hydraulic generator vibration very Serious will lead to the generator increasing wear or tear, reducing the generator safety production life or the rotor rotating eccentric affect the efficiency of power generation. Even in sometime tremendous property damage or personal injury will be caused by failure of power generation, such as in 2009 Russia saryon Hydropower Station accident. So it is significant to study the vibration of the hydro generator for disaster reduction. In recent years, with the large scale of the hydro generator, the electromagnetic vibration caused by the large current strong magnetic field is becoming more and more important for the large scale of the turbine.So hydro generator in operation process of electromagnetic properties and vibration characteristics gradually become research hotspot. Hydro generator electromagnetic vibration is mainly by electromagnetic force wave generator stator in changes in electromagnetic fields excited by. The hydro generator stator electromagnetic force and the intrinsic mode is the key of electromagnetic vibration. In addition, the stator temperature of turbine generator will affect the magnetic density distribution and the influence of electromagnetic vibration. This paper in hydrogenerator electromagnetic vibration of the finite element analysis method, separately carried on the analysis of electromagnetic force and structural harmonic response analysis and temperature, electromagnetic, structure of multi physics field coupling analysis.(1) According to the structural parameters of the hydro generator, the three-dimensional model of the stator of the generator is drawn by UG software, and the model is simplified and transformed to suit the finite element analysis..
