The flight control system is the core of the autonomous flight of aircraft, known as brain of aircraft, the control system will have a direct impact on the unmanned aircraft vehicle's flight state. This paper chose coaxial rotor unmanned aircraft vehicle as object of control system, research designing and software part of the flight control system, design reasonable control law for different control channels, focuses on the software of control system.First of all, begin from software application environment of the flight control system, according to the requirement of space resources, system stability and other aspects of the flight control system chose STM32 controller as the main controller. After analyzing demand of software function of the flight control system and propose the overall design plan of software, designed control law of latitude and longitude channel and control law of heading channel and control law of height of channel of the coaxial rotor unmanned aerial vehicle.Secondly, designed signal processing, control law and memory management module of variable based on modular design concept, and realized control law of the latitude and longitude channel and heading channel and height channel in software and also developed software of the Ground Control Station. The Ground Control Station developed with real-time data monitoring and data storage function for debugging of unmanned aircraft.Finally, test software of the flight control system through flight experiments. Experiment shows that the flight control software designed in this paper can achieve effective control of each channel of the aircraft, the experimental results can basically achieve design requirements, verifies the software design of flight control system is successful.
