Vibrating screen is a kind of equipment for the material separation and classification with the application of vibration principle. It is widely applied to the fields of modern industry. Because of its simple structure, high working efficiency, it has a good working environment adaptability. But a strong ability to work, determines the working characteristics is not only the bad working environment, with the strength of a larger work. Most of the factors urge the occurrence of the fault for vibrating screen. According to the current market, the failure caused by the use of vibration screen the enterprises suffer great economic losses or the death of people. At present, meaningful theory has emerged in most industries vibrating screen study of vibration screen.At present, meaningful theory has emerged in most industries vibrating screen.But the research on the vibration screen fault is not comprehensive. This article adopts a modeler method for two typical faults of the vibrating screen: fault by outer or inner rolling bearing of vibrating machine and the abnormal vibration of vibrating screen. Making deep analysis and diagnostic software for them. The work is important significance and practical value on screening machinery study.On study for fault by outer or inner rolling bearing, with the help of study on the method of rolling bearing in rotating machinery, as roller in rolling bearing through the defect, changes of contact loads will cause changes of the contact force in the elastic. Appropriate to improve the theory, the dynamic model of fault was established and frequency spectrum obtained by simulation. The basic characteristics of the two types of rolling bearing fault. Test done by the shaker show the model were correct and effective. On the other hand it show frequency spectrum of that fault had modulation phenomenon which was the different from the fault in rotating machinery.This paper to avoid finite element method that used to solve the problem in the case of abnormal vibration. Through the analysis of vibrating screen working condition of the supporting spring, indirectly analysis the work of vibration the screen box. According to analysis amplitude and phase four supporting springs, get how it affect the screen box work, propose model of abnormal vibration of vibrating screen box. Accurately judge the problems existing in the test vibrating screen fault with vibrating screen spring signal and decision rules. And then can make the reasons for the fault. Effectively solve the problem of abnormal vibration of screen box from the aspects of supporting spring problem.The article research rapid processing of data, using Matlab Gui technology to create a more practical diagnosis software system of data analysis. Through the Guide has added more practical modules in the Gui, general process of data processing of vibrating screen, instead of through the underlying program, at the same time to add data to judge system. It can achieve rapid diagnostic data, greatly improve the efficiency of the fault diagnosis process.
