Currently design methods of the majority of mechanical parts is from the failure of a single physical. For the failure of other physical factors are usually considered with safety factors. But mechanical parts in the practical work often bear the failure of two or more physics. With the gradual improvement of the mechanical equipment performance requirements, the disadvantages of the traditional design method gradually appear. Wear and fatigue failure are the most common failure forms of mechanical parts. So studying on wear-fatigue damage mechanism has important practical significance. This paper discusses the common factors influencing sliding wear-fatigue of composite function. Finite element analysis was carried out on the sliding wear-fatigue model. Put forward the sliding wear-fatigue life prediction model and stress intensity factor of crack calculation model.First of all, by looking up information preliminarily determines the possible factors influencing the sliding wear-fatigue, simple sliding wear-fatigue composite model is established. ANSYS and FE-SAFE software are uesd to analysis the primary influence factors. Interaction factors are determined after disposing and analyzing the datas.Secondly, from the perspective of contribution, based on theory of fatigue wear, Linear fatigue cumulative damage theory and the energy criterion of tribo-fatigue. Life prediction model of complex function of sliding wear-fatigue based on "contribution is put forward. Sliding wear and fatigue in the proportion of parts failure in the size is given quantitatively. Connecting rod is taken as research object used of testing the proposed theory.Finally, using the knowledge of fracture mechanics, stress itensity factor is taken as research object, edge crack model under sliding wear-fatigue recombination action is established. ANSYS software is used to calculate stress intensity factor, datas are analyzed ang fitted. The original formula of stress intensity factor is amended. The stress intensity factor of crack calculation formula and life predictionunder sliding wear-fatigue recombination action is put forward. Finally, the application examples are used to prove the method of application of the new formula.
