As a special equipment,crawler crane high demands on performance,crane lifting mechanism as the main working parts,whose performance directly affects the overall performance.There are many factors affect hoisting mechanism performance, relatively important is the parameter design,controlling the stability and the reliability degree etc.This thesis mainly takes several main components of crane hoisting mechanism,winding mechanism,hanging objects devices and transmission mechanismsas research subjects,research the general design methods and the specific parameters of the fold-line drum,controlling the kinematic parameters of lifting mechanism,lifting rate.The research of the kinematic parameters of lifting mechanism consists mainly the study for lifting speed and falling rope speed.Through controlling for the two movement factors ensure the stationary of working process.For the first time, according to dynamic load coefficient method to the lifting speed,and according to the load of crane acceleration to find the maximum lifting speed,therefore to ensure a rope smooth during winding. Considering the influences of the factors from wire rope winding ratio, wire rope catenary relationship with the elastic deformation and the minimum weight etc for falling rope speed,respectively request the optimal solution of all factors and influence range for falling rope speed.By researching of the influence factors and controlling range of falling rope speed,so making process smooth while falling the rope.For the control study of stability of fold-line drum,since crawler cranes with the characteristics of big lifting capacity and long lifting distance,therefore fold-line drum is a standard drum for crawler crane.There is no standard for fold-line drum design method, one purpose of this study is to determine whether the ordinary helix drum design methods can be used to design the fold-line drum.First to design parameters of fold-line drum,consists of two parts parameters,which are respectively the specific parameters in fold-line drum and common parameters in mostly drums.According to drum diameter to design drum groove fold line lead-angle and arc of folded line section,moreover, designed groove section etc specific parameters. According to the arc of fold line parts design parameters of the drum end retaining ring.General parameters of designing drum also includes the drum diameter, length, wall thickness,using design methods of common drum to design these parameters of the fold line drum.In this paper,using the general strength calculation method to validate strength of the fold-line drum,through the analysis of the results on the strength to determine whether these design methods of the parameters,such as wall thickness etc, meets the performance requirements of the fold-line drum,and for those parameters which not meet the desired propose improvement program and explore the optimal control scheme,then enabling drums to stable and reliable work, simultaneously,a new design formula of needing to be improved parameters also proposed.By finite element analysis are used to prove whether the analysis process of the strength on drum meets reality,preliminary drawn,the circumstances in which, strength calculation method of ordinary drums can be used to fold-line drums. For three fixed general forms,consist of rigidly fixed,simply supported and infinite long,to identify the influence range of three fixed forms on the drum to seek respectively the drum stress process.
