Presently, our country is in high-speed development phase of crawler crane, both of the design and manufacture level of crawler crane have larger ascension, though, there are some outstanding problems compared with foreign countries.In the overallstability, the main of research is static stability at present, and basically it researches the judge criterion of normal work conditions, for discharging, lifting and operating condition is not comprehensive and concrete. Furthermore, Dynamic stability is mainly dealt by dynamic load coefficient method, with no one relatively practical determination criterion or method. The wire rope around the rope problems is obvious.According to Design Rules for Cranes (GB/T3811-2008), the proportion between the drum and the wire rope diameter is only16:1, which is too general and not comply with real situation. In real terms, it is generally slightly small, requiring a theory and modern analysis method to summarize practical engineering design criteria of line drum to effectively solve the problem of the wire rope around the rope.Furthermore, for the biggest ground pressure, without considering the boom rotation crane location under different pressure changes of ground pressure, it still cites the method of the average ground pressure.For those questions discussed above,The moment method is deduced under the static work, front and rear, the arm up, such as dump under the condition of resistive overturning stability, With limit displacement method and limit potential energy method is the dynamic stability criteria;checking the static and dynamic stability for a specific crawler crane. Ultimate displacement method and ultimate potential method were used respectively to deduce the delay-independent conditions of the dynamic stability.On Flod-line drum, considering the selection of the diameter proportion of the drum and the wire rope to the point, then it puts forward three relationship equations as the reference for the.Derived single and multi-layer wire rope around the rope drift angle calculations respectively, using the orthogonal experiment method to study the the influence degree of the parameters in calculation formula, chose the best parameters combination;In addition, through development of designing GUI interface, it realized the drum detailed design phase of the parametric design. Finally we have a simulation analysis for the drum of the static and modal. To verify its strength and provide the basis for the dynamics of the subsequent research by using ANSYS Workbench.To set up the new mechanics model, the machine will be divided into several parts ground pressure to calculate respectively considering the main arm when rotating the barycenter offset the whole machine. The sum of them gets the new calculation formula of ground pressure at last. proposes calculation mode of the maximum pressure of track border on the basis of the theory that is the distribution of track reaction force is similar with the distribution of unit pressure.
