High speed railway has the characteristics of large carrying capacity and convenient and safe. Therefore, it is in favor of the world. Compared with the ordinary railway, standards and requirements are higher for high-speed railway construction, and the interface and the four electricity issues involved also very common. In order to solve the problem of interface management and four electric technology in high speed railway construction, this paper makes some theoretical and applied research on interface management of high speed railway and four electric technology. According to the relevant theory, the paper studies the application technology to adjust the reality construction needs, which includes interface management technology and four power, communication, signal and electric power.In order to better understand the problems of interface management, this paper presents an analysis of the overall structure of the interface problem, and puts forward the method of principal component analysis, to make a detailed analysis for the design, practice and verification. The method has been successfully implemented in the railway construction and earn good experts praise. According to the four power technology, the paper designs the voltage regulation of the power through line, and uses the regulator and reactive power compensation to adjust the voltage, so that the vcltage can reach a constant threshold. In communication, the GSM-R is designed and analyzed, and the adjust design are proposed for the structure, working contents, functions and performance of the system, and the comprehensive testing system was also design and setup. As for signal, the railway signal simulation equipment was designed, including integrated signal machine design, electromagnetic switch hardware design and wireless simulation hardware design. In this paper, the hardware of the system of the electrical contact parameter detection system is designed. The characteristics involved in the detection system, such as the type, source and format of the data are analyzed. Based on these characteristics, the hardware design scheme of the system is designed.
