In this dissertation, the evaluation of the uncertainty of the chemical quantitative analysis of the metal materials in the locomotive and rolling stock is an example, and the significance of the application of the uncertainty evaluation in chemical quantitative analysis is described. The general model of effective evaluation is established, which makes the technical personnel of the laboratory can master the evaluation method of uncertainty, and apply it to the practical work. This dissertation is divided into three ehapters:Firstly, the significance of uncertainty and its development status at home and abroad are described. The second part respectively on the locomotive and rolling stock common metal materials and low alloy steels carbon and manganese determination method, study the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry determination of low alloy steels in the contents of manganese element; photoelectric direct reading spectrometric method for the determination of low alloy steel carbon content; a silver ammonium sulfate volumetric method for the determination of low alloy steel, manganese content, compared with the traditional chemical analysis method as a classic of metal materials analysis methods and modern instrument analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method, the analysis of chemical has exceeded the situation based on the analysis of the classic chemical based, modern instrumental analysis in fact has become a main force analysis of metal materials. Finally, through the photoelectric direct reading spectrometric determination of low uncertainty of manganese content in low alloyed steel as an example of the uncertainty evaluation of determination of evaluation, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry of carbon content in steel, the measured results of actual samples of uncertainty are studied systematically, deeply, the influence of many the experimental results of the quantitative chemical factor analysis and summarized, put forward product chemical quantitative analysis of uncertainty evaluation of conventional locomotive process, according to the assessment results to find total uncertainty component contribution greatly, thus improving the process, improve the accuracy of experimental results, the product of chemical quantitative analysis of locomotive uncertainty with application significance a certain degree of evaluation.
