| Smart Grid,characterized in "information technology, automation, interactive", is the future goals of State Grid.In recent years,construction of smart grid, based on IEC61850, obtained a lot of experience.Especially in the networking, data sharing, the construction of a centralized substation protection, smart grid simplifies large substation secondary wiring. So that various controlling speed meets the protection-level-requirements. Thanks to the SV and GOOSE network, so that we can share data of the whole substation. IEC61850 meets the needs of point-to-point movements, so that substation area protection can be formed. Simple differential bus protection and breaker fail protection accelerates the operating time, laying the foundation for regional network protection.Combining 66kV Maishan smart substation,I will conduct the research on the following issues.The reason why integrated automation substation in the past could not use Substation Area Protection. The reason why smart substation can do.Depth research in IEC61850 standard. Analyzed the role of IEC61850 protocol in smart substation in particular to achieve stand-domain protection role.Substation Area protection principle process was introduced in detail, and the differences of Simple differential bus protection and breaker fail protection between 66kV MaiShan smart Substation and Other manufacturers.Application of IEC61850 standard for smart substation is modeled.Finally, in view of simple differential bus and circuit breaker failure protection, coding to Achieve these foundation in UAPC. Then the codes was tested on PCS-998-C. |
