At present,all regions and countries in the world are basically in the stage of energy shortage,so the emphasis on energy conservation and emission reduction has been greatly improved.As for the elevator,the energy consumption is very significant because of the operating characteristics of the working condition in the process of power consumption.It is mainly due to the huge energy demand for resistance braking in elevators,which leads to serious waste;while some energy-saving elevators can return energy to the grid,but it will produce some harmonic pollution.Therefore,in this paper,the super capacitor has the characteristics of high-density power and high-speed charging and discharging,as a device to absorb and store the energy waste of the elevator.In addition,when the elevator is consuming energy,it plays the role of compensating peak power,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research background and research significance of supercapacitors are introduced,and it is understood that supercapacitors have great potential in elevator energy saving.This paper briefly analyzes the current research status of elevator energy-saving technology at home and abroad,and points out that China still has a significant gap with developed countries in this respect.Several operating states of the elevator are analyzed,and the working principle and functional design of the supercapacitor energy-saving device are derived,and the energy feedback of the elevator and the parameters of the supercapacitor are simply calculated.Secondly,the device used in the design is selected,including current sensor,voltage sensor,etc.,and the detailed parameters of the component are given.Thirdly,the basic principle of the bidirectional DC/DC converter and the circuit control strategy taking it as the core are introduced in detail.The working process and overall structure of the supercapacitor are expounded,the parameter design of the supercapacitor energy-saving device is carried out,the measurement method of elevator energy consumption and related parameters are introduced,and finally the energy-saving control algorithm is given.Finally,design the system hardware circuit and software flow chart in the prototype system,establish a perfect system experiment system,and establish a simulation model with super capacitor as the core in Matlab/Simulink.The results prove that the system has good control effect and can meet the expected energy saving Claim.
