With the rapid development of the construction industry in our country, the prefabricated concrete structure has become the common mode of production in the construction process. Compared with the traditional method of casting concrete in site, prefabricated concrete structure can not only effectively accelerate construction speed, shorten the construction period, improve labor productivity, but also can effectively reduce the consumption of resources, promote Chinese construction industry factory, industrialization and urbanization.In order to study the shear performance of assembling precast beam, it designs and casts eight reinforced concrete beams including five beam and three continuous beams and tests the shear bearing capacity of them.At the same time, it uses numerical simulation to study the shear resistance of the precast beams from the test and simulation two aspects.At first, it tests the shear bearing capacity of tongue-and-groove cast-in-situ assembling precast beam and observes that the laws of load-deflection relation and load-strain relation of longitudinal bar, stirrup and concrete develop and the cracking load ultimate bearing capacity of normal section and oblique section change, analyses the extension trend of fracture, the failure mode of the diagonal section, the connecting performance of the old and new concrete and and the influence of the length of precast section on the overall trend of the test components, and compares the mechanical properties with whole casting beam. The result shows that they are similar in deformation law and damage form, and have similar shear bearing capacity. With the increase of the load, the rigidity of the section of the enterprise is weakened, but the effect of the whole deformation of the member is small.Then it find out the reasonable area of tongue-and-groove position by using ADINA, the finite element analysis software, software to simulate of prefabricated beams and analyzing the influence of the precast section length on overall trend of experimental beam. And comparing the values of simulation and test.
