| As a structural form of prefabricated concrete structure, prefabricated frame shear wall structure combines the advantages of frame structure and shear wall structure, which can not only meet the requirements of rigid seismic concept in China, but also make the house layout more flexible. In China, compared with prefabricated frame structure and shear wall structure, the research on prefabricated frame shear wall structure is relatively Less.In order to improve the prefabrication rate of prefabricated frame shear wall structure, the research group proposed to adopt the equivalent reinforced sleeve grouting connection form for the prefabricated wall and the prefabricated beam.At the same time,it has nearly completed the research on the monotonic load shear performance of the prefabricated frame shear wall beam wall connection. In order to further simulate the shear performance of this connection under the earthquake,it has carried out repeated load test and simulation Research.First of all, three i-beam-wall connection specimens are designed and manufactured,of which two are cast-in-place specimens. The reinforcement forms are the traditional double row vertical reinforcement through connection and the equivalent reinforcement through connection. The assembly specimens are connected by the equivalent reinforcement sleeve grouting. In order to consider the influence of axial pressure on the shear resistance of the joint, two specimens of each kind were made for comparison.Secondly, two cast-in-place specimens without axial pressure are tested under repeated loading, and the other four specimens will be tested in the next stage. The comparative test results show that the failure mode, characteristic load and displacement, hysteretic curve, stiffness degradation curve, energy dissipation coefficient, etc.of the specimens are analyzed, which shows that the beam wall specimens connected with equivalent reinforcement are vertical to the traditional double row specimens At the same time, compared with the test results of monotone loading,it is found that repeated loading has no too much influence on the cracking load of the specimens, but the shear capacity of the specimens decreases by more than 90%.Thirdly,through the finite element software WCOMD,six specimens are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the shear capacity of the assembled specimen connected by equivalent reinforced sleeve grouting is close to that of the cast-in-place specimen, and its seismic performance is better than that of the cast-in-place specimen, which shows that the assembled structure can be used as the cast-in-place structure, and the axial pressure is analyzed to resist shear In the influence of performance, the simulation results show that the shear capacity of cast-in-place specimens and assembled specimens increases by about 40%-50% when the axial compression ratio is 0.15,the initial stiffness increases, the rate of stiffness degradation increases, and the ductility performance decreases. Finally,by summarizing the shear calculation expressions of the joint at home andabroad, the factors influencing the shear capacity of the specimen are put forward.Based on the simulation data and the existing shear calculation expression of our research group, the calculation expression of beam wall connection of assembled frame shear wall structure under repeated loading is proposed. |
