Articulated steering vehicle road complex, poor working environment, and the gravity center of the vehicle when turning the occurrence of lateral offset, resulting in overturned the accident probability is higher. This article of mine articulated steering vehicle roll stability are systematically studied, taking mine articulated dump truck as the research object, put forward the roll stability indicator used in mines of articulated vehicles, and establishes the nonlinear dynamics model of roll, the roll of early warning and control, improved hinge device of mine articulated vehicles.The basic steering the vehicle roll stability research on reviews of articulated, with articulated steering vehicle characteristics and lateral buckling analysis of causes, the articulated steering angle, lateral acceleration and roll angle and other factors impact on the existing stability index, discussed the various existing stability evaluation index of understeer vehicle application in mine articulated, proposed for mining articulated steering roll stability indicator for vehicle.By using the stability index proposed, mine articulated vehicle is simplified into a 4 degree of freedom planar motion dynamics model, this model with two kinds of elastic element:4 tires and 2 steering cylinders, and consider the tire cornering characteristics and compressibility of hydraulic oil, the use of mechanics principle to establish the dynamics equation the straight line travel stability of articulated vehicles, the complex eigenvalue problem of the derived decision driving stability. And the establishment of mathematical model of mine articulated vehicles roll process, according to some important characteristics of the vehicle in the roll process, way to stabilize performance of mine articulated vehicle safety to come.Using the dynamic model proposed in the previous paper, established for anti rollover warning strategy and corresponding anti rollover warning system of vehicle in mine articulated steering. Fuzzy neural network method based on the designed mine articulated steering of vehicle anti rollover combined control method, so that the vehicle fast recovery from roll state to the stable state through the active braking, active steering and steering articulated device combined effect of cylinder adjustment.Finally, the use of early warning and control system before the roll paper, proposed an anti-roll articulated steering mechanism and use PROE software for modeling, analyzing its structure. Using ANSYS software for static strength analysis of the key components of its structure, draw relevant conclusions. Finally, the different conditions were analyzed roll responses to this institution.
